Hey Guru.

I'm new to Elementalist, and have NO idea on what build i should use. I'm thinking I'm going to be using this character for mostly PvE and Farming. Can anyone help please?

Being new to the proffession and on a PvE character, you'll spend alot of your early time with the character just running whatever skills you recieve from quests or can buy early on. I remember back when my prophecies ele was a noob character I always ran fire because it works well enough in NM and that was the element for which I had recieved the most skills as quest rewards. Also, fire is probably the most straight forward element; very easy to learn. Later on, of course, you'll want to start using the others (especially when you go HM)

I assuming you are starting in prophecies (you did not specify which campaign you are starting your ele in) but, no matter I will give you a pretty straight forward build that will get your feet wet and help you accomplish your first few goals on the way to lvl 20.

[build prof=E/Me][fireball][phoenix][immolate][fire storm][meteor][aura of restoration][fire attunement][resurrection signet][/build]

It does not contain any elite spell which I strongly recommend you make a priority. A relatively easy Elite skill to cap is [elemental attunement] you might also want to consider using [glyph of lesser energy], [meteor shower] early on once you have access to the skills.
